How Kristie Helps Clients

Kristie’s support is individualized and helps clients develop strategies to better cope with common stressors. Her experience in the high school setting has provided Kristie with the skills necessary to work with adolescents, though she enjoys working with those in all phases of life. Kristie has an integrative approach to counseling and has a special interest in supporting clients struggling with body image, disordered eating, clinical eating disorders or those who want to break free of chronic dieting. Grounded in a HAES (health at every size) perspective, she recognizes the value of all bodies, just as they are. A collaborative therapeutic relationship is prioritized, wherein client and clinician work together to enact change and meet goals.
