About Kimberly Hession

Kimberly Hession is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Health Coach. She has spent her career working in a variety of clinical settings to help children, adolescents, and adults live more satisfying lives. Previous experience in the legal, medical, and educational fields have shaped her integrative approach to mental health and wellness.

How Kimberly Helps Clients 

Kimberly’s treatment approach will focus on the person as a whole. She considers therapy to be a space for people to examine thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and develop skills needed for emotional regulation, coping skills, and strategies that enhance overall wellness. As a school social worker, Kimberly has developed a unique approach to working with children and adolescents struggling with anxiety and depression, school avoidance and phobia, gaming and computer addiction, cyber-bullying, and students who struggle academically.

Kimberly’s education has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills, she works with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
